Awesome bed frame! - We ordered this bed when our baby 1 & 1/2 yr old decided he wanted to sleep in the big bed instead of his (open) crib. We wanted a sturdy bed frame with headboard and foot board to protect our son from rolling out of bed in his sleep at the head and foot, so we could place one side of the bed against the wall and he could snuggle into a corner and we could be confident he wouldn't roll onto the floor. We also wanted a finish that would match the other dark stain (espresso) look of the other furniture in his room. This bed frame is everything we wanted at half the price we thought we'd have to pay!! The construction is solid, the prime shipping came quickly, and the instructions were clear. Complete with five slats that bolt into the frame, this is an entire bed that has been constructed from solid wood parts--no particle board in this one!. He has been sleeping soundly in this bed since we set it up, and it's hard to imagine his room without it, now. I looked everywhere for a cherry finish twin bed and couldn't find anything that wasn't over $400.00 or ugly. Picture doesn't do this bed justice. We love it! We would recommend this bed frame to anyone without hesitation.
